The terms for using sauvachi.com — what the music, artwork and writing on it may be used for, and what the site does and does not promise.

The short version

This site exists so you can hear the music and find out who made it. Listening, reading and sharing links are free and always will be. What you may not do is take the recordings, artwork or writing and republish them as your own, or use them commercially without asking first.

Who runs this site

sauvachi.com is owned and operated by sauvachi, an independent artist. There is no label, publisher or management company behind it. Questions about anything on this page go to sauvachi@gmail.com, and they reach the artist directly.

The music, artwork and writing

Every recording, cover image, photograph and article on this site belongs to sauvachi, except where a collaborator is credited on the release — in which case it belongs to both of us. It is published here so people can listen and read, not as a source of free material.

You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short passage with credit, and share the player with anyone. You need permission before you re-upload the audio anywhere, use a track in a video, film, game, advertisement or podcast, sell or distribute the recordings, use the artwork or photography outside of writing about the music, or republish an article in full. Permission is usually a single email away — see the licensing note on the contact page.

Using the site

The player is free and needs no account. Please do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, scrape the catalog wholesale, or use automated means to inflate play counts or listener numbers. Those counts exist to be honest; interfering with them is the one thing here that damages something real.

Advertising

This site carries advertising, which is what pays for hosting it. Ads are supplied by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement of what they show. Nothing on this site is ever withheld until you have looked at an ad. How advertising uses data, and how to change what you consent to, is set out in full on the privacy page.

Links to other sites

Release pages link out to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal and others so you can listen wherever you prefer. Those are not ours and we have no control over what they do — once you follow a link, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply, not these.

What this site does not promise

The site is provided as it is. Real effort goes into keeping it accurate and online, but nothing here is a guarantee that it will always be available, that every detail is free of error, or that the player will work identically on every device and browser. Streaming links, release dates and catalog details can change when a distributor changes them.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the site does. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
